• For every product we cover, we read the actual vendor sales page (and, where the primary page is a video sales letter with little text, we locate the vendor's separate content-bearing landing page) to source the real, currently-listed ingredients and mechanism — we do not infer or invent a formula.
• Where independent, non-vendor sources exist (published research, ingredient-specific studies, third-party ingredient breakdowns), we cite them and note when a claim comes only from the manufacturer's own marketing versus independent evidence.
• For "best of" category roundups, we research the broader market — including well-known products we don't sell — through general web search, so our comparisons reflect the real competitive landscape rather than only the products we happen to have an affiliate relationship with. Products marked "not sold on this site" in our comparison tables are included for honest context and are not affiliate links.
• We evaluate pricing, money-back guarantees, and overall value against comparable products in the same category.
• We revisit and update our reviews as new products, formulations, or research enter the market.
